One of the most common questions I get asked is how do I feel better (I call it elevating your frequency) when I'm anxious, scared, tired or resentful? 

We all know it's not healthy to go from zero to sixty and put a happy face sticker over our true feelings...

So how do you create happy energy? Energy that is true to you, that is real, that is honest, when you're going through things that don't feel so great and you see that as your reality? 

On my walk today I answered this question and am sharing with you an incredibly easy practice that I've been doing for years that has changed the outlook of my life.
