Avoiding Wrist Pain In Qigong

A quick, 33 second tip on wrist alignment in your Qigong practice, so you don't develop pain from blocking the energy flow through your joints. This happens more often ins standing postures when students are holding postures for extended time.

If you bend your wrist and don't open the flow, over time (or very quickly sometimes) you'll have wrist pain because your constricting the flow through your wrist and the meridians that pass there.

A simple reminder to check your relaxation, opens and lines. 

Remember relaxed doesn't mean floppy. We always use the term "activated." Activated is relaxed, open and flowing (aligned), but it's engaged and activated with energy,
