Sometimes when we’ve been dealing with issues that drain our energy, especially if they’ve been going on a long time, we can actually forget what it feels like to feel good!

Personally, I have a deep passion for sharing how to become more energetically aware and aligned, within yourself and the life you create. One thing I know for certain… When you’re able to consistently tune in, re-set, and align your energy, the very best of life shows up for you. 

This podcast is about supporting your ability to tune in and understand yourself and situations from a more expanded state of being.

I believe deeply in the healing and power of creating ease and flow in our lives – because it affects the ease and flow in our physical body, our creativity, financial abundance, and our relationships.

I teach healers and performing artists how to fully support their energetic output, while tuning in and cultivating more clarity for their own spiritual expansion. And I’ve been working with private clients for 20 years now to learn how to ground their energy, relieve anxiety and overwhelm and heal and mend pieces in their lives that are holding them back from moving through their lives fully tuned in to who they are and to what they want to create.  

I’ll be sharing in this podcast insights and tools related to our intuitive gifts, medical Qigong, and all things related to soul/mind/body integration. I’ll also be sharing conversations with guests who have an expanded view of life. 

It’s my hope this podcast will give you insights that will help you tune in and create a more sacred space for your self expansion, for your career, and in your relationships.

As we gain more insight into how we’re using our energy, we can begin to upgrade our energy on a daily basis. Which I believe, leads to a more inspired life.
