Staying curious in the middle of chaos (meaning anything that is distressing to us), is a valuable way to expand who we are.

Children resonate in curiosity because they have experiences that continue to allow them to unfold new things. They have imagination that is fully alive! They create with their thoughts and feelings a tapestry of new things in every moment.

If we can keep that kind of curiosity within ourselves, especially in difficult times, we would litterally be creating the potentials new outcomes in every moment.
