Opening lymph flow in your neck and throat
Dec 08, 2021This can be done daily and is great to do the moment you feel like you're coming down with a sore throat, cold or headache.
And it's a great thing to do first thing in the morning!
- A standard set is 5-9 times (each side).
Getting our lymph moving with these gentle Qigong practices is great prevention, but also great treatment when we need it.
But the key with this practice is to touch your skin lightly. Because we're moving "lymph" and lymphatic vessels sit right under the skin. If we press too hard we go deeper than those vessels.
You want your hand and fingers to touch the skin (with light) but good connection (no sliding).
