Qigong large intestine massage for gas, bloating and constipation

bloating constipation gas stress Jun 04, 2022

If stress (or unsupportive diet) is getting you tied in knots, especially in your tummy, I'd like to share with you a video to help get things moving and bring some relief.

When to practice?

This Qigong large intestine massage can be done daily and it's especially great to do in the morning and the afternoon.

Allow your breath to guide you...

Breathing is a key component to relaxing the mind and body. Your breath is key because part of the issue of constipation can be emotional stress and tension. The body gets so tense it remains in fight and flight mode and can't turn it off and relax.

Take your time and really tune into your body and allow your breath to guide your energy. As you integrate your breathing with this large intestine massage, know that breath is a tuning in point to all Qigong practices.

Enjoy!

Much love,

Dr. Maria
