I'm really excited to share this resource with you today!

Originally this was created for my private clients who needed a tool they could use anywhere (especially getting ready for interviews, presentations, and all kinds of conversations) to root and ground their energy, so they can be fully present and on point with every adventure. :-) 

It had to be done incognito (not really noticeable to other people and with no body movement) using the mind and the breath to shift their mental, emotional and physical alignment.


 

Helpful info to get you started...

  • "Root the Mind," is a 4-min visualization practice, to help ground your energy and calm your mind.
  •  Please watch 1-time all the way through before closing your eyes, because there are helpful visuals, which will help you when you close your eyes.
  • I invite you to practice a little every day. 
  • Before long you’ll be able to do this anytime (and anywhere) you need it!
