Our journey includes:
  • 3 private soul-centered sessions.
  • Scheduled weekly or every other week consecutively for 3 sessions.
  • Session done through Kajabi video. [In person sessions are available, only if it was previously agreed upon in our discovery call].
  • Video recording is included with each session, held inside your online coaching portal and downloadable.
  • A lot of information is shared during our 3 sessions and your access to these recordings is a touchstone of support, that gives you the ability to apply our work immediately into your life. 
  • Your session videos and materials will remain accessible for at least 6 months after our coaching series is complete.
